This room is so serene and cosy, located in the beautiful village of Birkenshaw, on the border of Bradford, Leeds and Kirklees. Sessions are always followed by a cup of herbal tea to encourage a restful night. Classes are on:

This is a brand new stunning studio in Churwell Hill, Morley that has been refurbished to the highest standard. With plenty of natural light and space, you will naturally feel a sense of calm just stepping foot into the space.

Gledhow Mount is a beautiful Grade 11 Listed Building in Chapel Allerton (Leeds).
Within the cosy space at Physiomedicare, located on the top floor of the Mansion, the room is wonderfully warm, peaceful and inviting.
This venue is perfect for Trauma-Informed Yoga Sessions, 1:1 or Group Private Sessions and Small Group Sessions (up to 6).

Primarily in the Water Lily Room at this wonderful centre in Chapel Allerton, this space is light, airy and snug, ensuring small group sizes and 1:1 attention.
