Trauma-Informed Classes
Online or in person, these classes are tailored completely to you and where you feel the most comfortable and secure.
Although the name suggests that you need to have experienced some level of trauma for these sessions, these classes would be suitable for anyone who is struggling with day to day life, be it from chronic illness or the loss of a loved one.
Sessions are entirely centred on you, so music/no music, scent/no scent, joggers/leggings, it’s all up to you.
We first have a free detailed discovery chat before you commit to anything, just to see how I can help you best.
Classes are structured to allow you to progress safely from Stabilisation or building presence and a sense of self to Processing or increasing the window of tolerance and then finally to Integration or transitioning into post traumatic growth.
Having Talking Therapy alongside Trauma-Informed Yoga is recommended but not a prerequisite for these sessions.
